Are these custom wigs 100% human hair?
Yes, these are 100% human hair, we make sure the quality is at its best by comparing your own hair and try to match its thickness to color of your choice. Think of it as Mercedes Benz special edition AMG for your head. 100% authentic human hair lets you style and look most natural and more durable than synthetic types.
Why am I wearing a custom wig?

What kinds of accessories do I need to purchase?
You need a wig stand, brush, shampoo(regular or Amos professional line), conditioner(you can use your own), clay wax - style your hair, Amos hair spritz - style and hold the it longer than clay wax, and finally essence. All these products are very affordable and high quality.
Do I have to use hair dryer and special brush to maintain my wig?
Yes, you must use proper hair dryer when styling and drying the wig, you need to use a wig brush for easier styling vs regular brush.
How often do I need to wash the wig?
During summer months, upto twice a week due to sweat, and once a week during other seasons. If you don't wear it for a long stretch, you can wash a bit less. We recommend you use the essence to keep wigs fresh and it will assist in keeping it last longer.
Can you style the wig after it is dry?
No, we urge you to style the hair using clay wax, and hair spritz from Amos professional line while drying the hair using hair dryer. Once hair completely dries, it will become much more difficult to style correctly. It is definitely not as hard as it sounds. Just need some practice. Clay wax and hair spritz are affordable and last long time so no worries.
How long does it take from washing the wig, styling, and drying the wig before heading out the door?
If you do this on your own, it can take anywhere from 14-30 minutes depending on your skill and using which hair dryer etc. Simple style not requiring much clay wax and other hair care products will shorten the preparation time.
Can I maintain the wig myself like washing, attaching, drying, and etc?
Yes you can, and after you purchase your wig, we will show you how at no cost, but dying the hair cutting and styling may be more difficult on your own.
Do you offer cuts, styling, dying colors, washing the wig?
Of course, we recommend you visit once per month to receive our special treatment. Our costs are competitive and make you wig look its best.
How long is the warranty?
Our warranty is the best in the business. It is for 1 year after you receive your wig and start wearing it, other businesses with 1 year warranty typically means from the day you order the product, so in reality - you lose 4-5 weeks of precious warranty time. Our warranty covers all defects to the wig minus if you willfully damage the wig - ie physical altercation between you and others that results in damage(will not cover under our warranty). Warranty coverage includes, hair, lace, pins, and anything attached to the wig.
Which type of wig do I need to buy - full or partial?
If you don't have any hair on top sides left and right, and no hairs in the back of the head, you will need to choose a full wig and use taping method instead of clips. Clips are for majority of customers who still have some hair on top sides of the head and back. Clips require hair to hold it in place.
What if my head is too small or too big
No problem at all.
Since we custom build your mold by measuring your head, we make sure your custom wig fits just right.
How long will it take to make a wig and where does it originate
4-5 weeks for starting with custom mold, getting samples of receipients hair, and ship it to our Indonesia manufacturer who handmakes your wig.
How long will our custom made wigs last
1-3 years. upto 3 years if you take perfect care of our wigs using, proper technique, essence, shampoo, conditioner, and brush very gently(clipped wig).
